Membership Hold

As stated in your membership policy agreement you may put your automatically reoccurring monthly membership on hold for reasons mentioned in the policy, ONCE throughout your billing year.

Pausing your membership may require 7 days notice unless for emergency circumstances.

Your membership will automatically continue after 1 month.

Membership Cancellation

As stated in your membership policy agreement, your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the date this form was submitted
